Crimping die for flag terminals and uninsulated open connectors, 1.5 to 6 mm² - Knipex 97 49 15

Flag terminals and open flat connectors often sit close together in a distribution box, so the crimp has to hit exactly the intended contour. This crimping die covers the range from 1.5 to 6 mm² and handles connectors of 4.8 and 6.3 mm width.

Areas of use

Control cabinet and equipment building, vehicle electrics and building services, wherever flat connectors and flag terminals are fitted to stranded wire. The die pays off in particular when connectors in both common widths of 4.8 and 6.3 mm are processed.

Standards and conformity

According to the manufacturer the crimping die contains no substances of very high concern under REACH. The RoHS directive does not apply. The manufacturer states no tool standard for this product.
