Crimping die set for insulated and non-insulated wire ferrules 35 and 50 mm², 2 dies - Knipex 97 49 19

On supply cables and main feeders the usual crimp profiles run out of range quickly. The 97 49 19 crimping die set starts exactly there and crimps insulated as well as non-insulated wire ferrules of 35 and 50 mm² in the KNIPEX crimp system pliers of the 97 43 xx series.

Areas of use

Power distribution, control cabinet building and plant wiring, wherever fine stranded conductors of 35 and 50 mm² are prepared with wire ferrules for terminal blocks.

Standards and conformity

The crimp is UL approved provided that KNIPEX wire ferrules 97 99 330 to 399 are used. According to the manufacturer the die set contains no substances of very high concern under the REACH regulation, the RoHS directive does not apply.
