ESD plastic tweezers straight, blunt 0.12 mm, carbon fibre reinforced, 115 mm - Knipex 92 09 04 ESD

Flat components, foils and coated housings call for a very thin tip that still rests over a wide area. The straight 92 09 04 ESD plastic tweezers grip with a blunt tip only 0.12 mm thick and 3.3 mm contact width, are tested to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and weigh 4 g.

Areas of use

Work with maximum surface protection on sensitive electronic components, on micro-mechanical parts and on glass and ceramic components, at EPA workstations in production, laboratory and service. According to the manufacturer the model is also available in the 92 00 05 ESD set.

Standards and conformity

The manufacturer states DIN EN 61340-5-1 for this tool. The tweezers are ESD tested and dissipative, there is no VDE test. According to the manufacturer they contain no substances of very high concern under REACH and the RoHS directive does not apply.
