SCS WS Aware Continuous Monitor for Two Operators, Mats and Tools, Ethernet - Desco 770061

When high-value assemblies are built, daily wrist strap testing should go and grounding must still be documented without gaps. The SCS WS Aware Monitor continuously watches two operators, two conductive or dissipative worksurfaces and two metal tools at a dual workstation and sends the data via Ethernet to the Static Management Program (SMP). The operator test voltage is only 0.05 V.

Standards

Under ANSI/ESD S1.1 Annex A.3, daily wrist strap testing may be omitted when continuous monitoring is used. The stored data serve as compliance verification records under ANSI/ESD S20.20.
