Dip Stencil 50 x 20 mm, 0.05 mm Dip Depth - Ersa 0PR100-D012

The ERSA dip stencil 50 x 20 mm with a 0.05 mm dip depth is a solder-paste and flux dipping stencil for the ERSA Dip & Print Station 0PR100. It lets BGAs and most fine-pitch components be dipped in a defined way, so an even, reproducible deposit forms at the contacts before placement. The shallow 0.05 mm (50 microns) dip depth provides a particularly thin and controlled deposit.
