Anti-static microfiber cloth for dry cleaning, 450 x 250 mm - Kinetronics ASC-PP

The Kinetronics Tiger Cloth ASC-PP is a large-format anti-static microfiber cloth (450 x 250 mm) made of highly conductive fabric for dry cleaning. It suits film strips, printed circuit boards, optical media as well as monitor and scanner glass.

The blended fabric combines two fiber types: the conductive share drains electrical charges safely, while the ultra-soft microfibers gently pick up dust and dirt. Kinetronics deliberately avoids any impregnation with conductive liquids. Because nothing can evaporate, the dissipative action stays constant over the whole service life.

Applications

Especially useful in the manufacture of electronic printed circuit boards and for cleaning optical and electronic surfaces. An independent institute measured resistance values for the ASC well below those of comparable cloths.

ESD suitability

The cloth is dissipative and supports electrostatic discharge when cleaning ESD-sensitive assemblies in line with IEC 61340-5-1.
