Anti-static hand brush 60 mm, conductive handle, for larger surfaces - Kinetronics SW-060

On scanner glass, framing glass or an acrylic sheet, the number of passes decides how much fresh charge cleaning creates. With a 60 mm working width the StaticWisk SW-060 clears such surfaces in a few strokes. The soft natural fibres carry the dust along, the conductive synthetic fibres and the conductive handle take the charge with it, and the pane stays clean instead of pulling airborne dust straight back onto itself.

Applications

Scanner and framing glass, monitors and displays, acrylic and plastic surfaces. In labs, reprographics and electronics production it also suits larger assemblies, instruments and technical equipment, plus optical components where a wide stroke saves time. Where space is tight, around lens mounts or between components, the 20 mm or 30 mm version of the series is the better tool. For even larger areas and for workplaces with persistent charging, the series offers versions with a grounding connection from 100 mm upwards.

Care

Wash soiled fibres with a mild shampoo, then comb them and let them dry flat overnight on a level surface. Washing does not affect the anti-static behaviour. The brush must not be used above 65 °C. Where charges build up again and again, Kinetronics also supplies the series with a grounding connection, though only from 100 mm working width upwards (SW-101, SW-141, SW-281).
