Series NL1
Maintenance units and components
The Aventics Series NL1 covers the smallest port sizes in compressed-air preparation: pressure regulators (NL1-RGS) in G 1/8 and G 1/4, filters (NL1-FLS, NL1-FRE), activated-carbon filters (NL1-FLA) and combined filter-regulator units. The pressure regulators operate in ranges of 0-30, 0-60 and 0-100 bar and are available in versions GAN (no gauge port), GAU (gauge port upward) and GAH (gauge port sideways).
The compact design of NL1 components suits control cabinets, manifold assemblies and applications with small cross-section requirements. Activated-carbon filters NL1-FLA remove oil odours and reduce residual oil content, enabling use in quality-sensitive environments.

For NL1 pressure regulators the gauge-port variant determines installation orientation: GAN without port where no pressure display is needed, GAU for an upward-facing gauge connection and GAH for a sideways gauge connection. The pressure range (30, 60 or 100 bar) is chosen to match the required control range. SS (stainless steel) bowls are selected where corrosion resistance or food-grade compliance is required; PBS (polycarbonate) bowls suit standard applications.
Typical applications: Pressure regulation for pilot-air lines in control cabinets and pneumatic assemblies, supply pressure for miniature valves and cylinders with low nominal flow, activated-carbon filtration upstream of sensors or measurement systems, and retrofit at existing G 1/8 and G 1/4 compressed-air connections.
