Low pressure up to 19 bar

The Nitto Kohki Lever Lock Cupla is a low-pressure quick coupling for operating pressures up to 19 bar, available in aluminium (AL) and brass, without seal. With 224 items in the LE plug types across nominal sizes from 6 to 32 mm, this series covers a wide range of low-pressure pneumatic applications. The lever lock secures the connection even under vibration and moderate back-pressure.

End-face seal structure enables no bumps or hollows on the internal fluid passage, and ensures smooth fluid transportation.
A special lip packing (except sizes 3/4 inch and 1 inch, silicone rubber, and FEP-covered rubber) employed reduces the load to the lever for easy operation.
Connection part dimensions comply with US military specifications MIL-A-A-59326 (MIL-C-27487).
The variety of body materials, sizes and end configurations has been standardized to comply with wide range of applications.
Additional stopper function design will enhance safety (only for made-to-order metal body product).
Valve-less construction is good for applications that require high flow.
A wide variety of seal materials are available for various fluids.

Choose LEVER LOCK CUPLA when the line is 3/4 inch or larger and the duty needs an unobstructed, valve-less passage; the sibling series of this category are rated 1.0 to 1.5 MPa {10 to 15 kgf/cm2} and all carry shut-off valves. The metal body version reaches 1.8 MPa {18 kgf/cm2} from 3/4 inch to 2 inch, above MICRO CUPLA, SMALL CUPLA, COMPACT CUPLA, CUBE CUPLA, SUPER CUPLA, HI CUPLA, HI CUPLA 200, FULL BLOW CUPLA, LINE CUPLA 200 and HI CUPLA ACE, while the plastic body version is limited to 0.5 MPa {5 kgf/cm2} or 0.2 MPa {2 kgf/cm2}.
