Nitto Kohki Compact Cupla quick-release couplings are engineered for low-pressure pneumatic circuits rated to 19 bar, combining a one-touch push-to-connect mechanism with a double-valve shut-off design that prevents air loss on both plug and socket sides at disconnect. Residual pressure relief at connection ensures drop-free coupling even when lines remain pressurised, while the compact stainless-steel body maintains full flow at minimal pressure drop - typically <0.05 MPa at 100 l/min. Temperature range spans -10 °C to +60 °C, with NBR and FKM seal options to cover standard shop-air and light-solvent environments.
