Superform/A-LC cutting and bending machine with fixed pitch - Iteco 7915200G

Anyone populating the same hole pattern over long runs does not need a continuously adjustable pitch but repeatability. This version of the Superform/A-LC therefore has a fixed pitch and forms taped axial components with thin leads from 0.4 to 0.6 millimetres.

Working features

• Fixed pitch - the catalogue table gives 5 mm for this row. The continuously adjustable versions are 7915.200A, D and F.
• No resetting between batches - every component leaves the machine with the same lead spacing, the result stays identical across the whole run.
• Bend distance C 0.5 to 4 mm - the smallest value of the range, the bend sits close to the component body.
• Lead diameter 0.4 to 0.6 mm - designed for fine leads, heavy leads up to 1.4 mm are covered by version 7915.200D.
• Dimension B 4 to 10 mm - matched to small component bodies mounted on a tight pitch.
• Manual operation only - not motorisable according to the 2026 catalogue, the BR6 reel holder 7915.185 can be fitted.

Applications

Repeating series with an unchanged hole pitch, assembly of small resistors and diodes with fine leads, and workplaces where the setting should not be checked again for every batch.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as the manual machine with a fixed pitch. If the hole pattern changes frequently, the continuously adjustable standard version 7915.200A is the better choice. With a motor drive this design corresponds to the Superform/A 7915.100G, which Iteco also lists with fixed pitches of 7.62 mm as 7915.100H and 10.16 mm as 7915.100I. Made in Italy.
