Superform/A-LC cutting and bending machine with reinforced bending knives - Iteco 7915200D

Leads above 1.3 millimetres put considerably more load on the bending knives than a thin resistor wire. This version of the Superform/A-LC is therefore fitted with reinforced bending knives and forms taped axial components with lead diameters from 0.6 to 1.4 millimetres.

Working features

• Lead diameter 0.6 to 1.4 mm - the highest figure of the whole A-LC range, the standard version 7915.200A stops at 1.3 mm.
• Reinforced bending knives - for heavy leads that wear out standard knives more quickly.
• Pitch 10.5 to 60 mm - the heavier wire calls for a larger minimum pitch than the 6.5 mm of the standard version.
• Bend distance C 2.4 to 16 mm - the minimum distance to the component body is larger than on the standard version because the stronger lead needs a wider bending radius.
• Independently adjustable tracking wheels - format changes without replacing tools on the toothed wheels.
• Manual operation only - the 2026 catalogue rules out motorisation for the LC machines, the BR6 reel holder 7915.185 can be fitted.

Applications

Power resistors, chokes and rectifier diodes with heavy leads, power electronics assemblies with a wide hole pitch, and workshops that mainly form components above 1.3 mm lead diameter.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as the manual machine with reinforced bending knives. Thin leads from 0.4 mm are handled by the standard version 7915.200A. The same design with a motor drive is available as Superform/A 7915.100D. Made in Italy.
