In volume assembly it is not the first joint that decides quality but the thousandth. This size No. 1 Phillips bit is built for that kind of shape retention. It measures 44 mm, offers an 11 mm blade length and belongs to the NK4D series, which Nitto Kohki manufactures from raw bar to finished bit in house.
