On printed circuit boards and small assemblies, a torque held within tight limits decides whether the thread carries or the plastic boss cracks. Matching accessories

The screwdriver runs on the DLC-1213A-GGB or DLC-1213A-GG control unit, which provides soft start and speed preselection. Bits with a 4 mm shank fit through the ADA-HR4-D63 adapter, the BAL-0515 and BAL-1020 tool balancers take the weight off the hand, and the SGR-14 and SGR-23 screw grids present the screws at the bench.

ESD design

Housing and grip area are dissipative, so no charge builds up on the tool and none is passed to the assembly. The screwdriver can therefore be used inside an EPA according to IEC 61340-5-1.
