Additional plate 1.5 mm for Supercut/LN100 lead cutting machine - Iteco 36011406

Components with a spacer or with a formed curl need more remaining lead length than parts that lie flat. This additional plate of 1.5 mm raises the cutting height of the Supercut/LN100 from the 3.2 mm base by 1.5 mm and sits between the 1 mm and the 2 mm step of the range.

Features

• 1.5 mm thick, the third of four steps for the Supercut/LN100.
• Raises the cutting height by 1.5 mm above the 3.2 mm base, between the 1 mm and 2 mm steps.
• Fits the 68 x 54 mm cutting area of the Supercut/LN100 cutting machine, Iteco 7915042.
• Simply laid in place, the change takes seconds and needs no tools.
• Further thicknesses in the range: 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 2 mm.

Applications

The plate is fitted when an assembly calls for more remaining lead length than the standard build delivers, for example with components that must stand off the board, or when room for bending after soldering is required. For frequent product changes it is worth keeping several thicknesses in stock.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied is one additional plate of 1.5 mm for the Supercut/LN100. Additional plates of the smaller Supercut/LN5 and Supercut/LN5L ranges, Iteco 340114 and Iteco 340214, do not fit this machine.
