Additional sliding rail BS-PCSS1 for PCB fixture PCSA1 - Iteco 7915610

The PCSA1 comes with one central rail and two sliding rails and clamps a single board with them. Anyone assembling small boards in numbers loses working area that way. This additional rail creates one more clamping row in the frame, so several small boards sit side by side and are turned and soldered in one operation.

Operating features

• More boards per pass - the extra row makes better use of the 270 x 220 mm area and saves turning operations.
• Retrofitted without conversion - the rail is placed in the existing PCSA1 frame, while base and lid stay unchanged.
• Freely movable - the position follows the board width, so different formats can be held one after another.
• Can be combined - depending on the format several additional rails may be used to form further rows.
• Model specific - this version belongs to the PCSA1, while PCSA2 and PCSA4 use the longer rail 7915612.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as a single rail, the fixture itself is not included and carries the number 7915599. The rail complements the three rails supplied as standard with the PCSA1. For the larger PCSA2 with 500 x 220 mm and PCSA4 with 500 x 350 mm the additional rail 7915612 is intended. Made in Italy.
