Additional sliding rail BS-PCSS2-4 for PCB fixtures PCSA2 and PCSA4 - Iteco 7915612

PCSA2 and PCSA4 clamp boards over a length of 500 mm. Loading only one narrow board leaves that area unused. This additional rail forms another clamping row across the full length, so several narrow assemblies sit side by side and are turned and soldered in one go.

Operating features

• For both large models - one rail covers the PCSA2 with 500 x 220 mm and the PCSA4 with 500 x 350 mm, which keeps spare part stock simple.
• Full 500 mm length usable - the rail spans the complete fixture and supports long narrow boards as well.
• More rows in the PCSA4 - at 350 mm width building several rows pays off, and each additional rail creates one more.
• Retrofitted without conversion - the rail is placed in the existing frame, while base and foam lid stay unchanged.
• Model specific - the smaller PCSA1 uses the shorter rail 7915610, and this version does not fit there.

Parallel assembly of several narrow plug in cards, mixed lot sizes on one fixture, converting a PCSA4 to row assembly, and benches where turning operations set the cycle.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as a single rail, the PCSA2 and PCSA4 fixtures are not included and carry the numbers 7915601 and 7915605. The rail complements the three rails supplied as standard with each fixture, and several rails can be combined. For the PCSA1 with 270 x 220 mm the rail 7915610 has to be ordered. Made in Italy.
