Forced ventilation baking oven Sahara DRY 120 litre with humidity control, 40-280 °C - Iteco 8107110

Baking at 40 °C to J-STD-033 is the gentlest procedure and also the slowest, in the worst case it runs for 79 days. The Sahara DRY 120 is the practical size for it: a 120 litre chamber, 9 levels and a sealed chamber that holds below 5 percent RH without blowing in dry air all the time.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied with the oven itself, 2 chrome plated grid shelves, the PidLogger PID controller with datalogger and multifunction timer and the USB port for the PC link. Shelf height is free, 9 levels can be used in total. Matching accessories: extra shelf Iteco 8107.156, USB cable with PID Manager software Iteco 8107.215, door with tempered inspection window 200 x 200 mm Iteco 8107.117 and lateral cable entry 50 mm Iteco 8107.121. Dehumidification works by blowing in dry air, and the tighter chamber holds the level reached without continuous injection.

Standards and origin

Temperature and humidity control follow IPC-1602 for baking printed circuit boards and IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 for baking moisture sensitive SMD components at 40 °C and 90 °C. The oven is built in Italy.
