Strut profiles
Bosch Rexroth end caps close off the face ends of strut profiles, protecting the open cross-sections from contamination and mechanical damage. The 130-article range covers profiles from 20x20 to 80x80 mm (including 30x30, 30x45, 40x40, 40x80, 45x45, 45x60, 60x60, 60x90, and 30x60) in grey, black, and ESD-black versions. Angled end caps (30°, 45°, 60°) seal mitre-cut profile ends. All caps are supplied in pack sizes of up to 20 pieces.
ESD versions (e.g. 20x20 ESD, 30x30 ESD, 40x40L ESD, 40x80L ESD, 80x80L ESD, 45x45 ESD, 45x60 ESD) allow EPA-compliant use in electrostatic-protected areas. Transparent caps (ZPF, ZN) suit applications where the profile geometry should remain visible after assembly.
