Bosch Rexroth conveyor media profiles are precision-engineered aluminium extrusion components designed for integration of transport and conveyor media into modular assembly systems. Groove pitches of 8 mm (Series 40/45) and 10 mm (Series 50/60) ensure direct compatibility with standard Rexroth aluminium structural profiles, while dimensional tolerances held to ±0.1 mm per DIN EN 755-9 guarantee repeatable, play-free assembly. Load ratings reach up to 200 kg per linear metre depending on profile cross-section, and anodised surface hardness exceeds 60 HV in accordance with DIN EN ISO 7599.
