Anti-static hand brush 100 mm with grounding cable - Kinetronics SW-101

On some benches static build-up is not a one-off event but something that returns after every single operation. That is what the Kinetronics StaticWisk SW-101 is built for. It carries the same 100 mm brush face and the same fiber blend as the SW-100 and adds a grounding cable. The manufacturer names that cable as the advantage where charging is extreme and constantly recurring.

Applications

The SW-101 suits fixed workstations where a grounding point is within reach and static build-up is a permanent issue. It cleans lenses, filters, SLR mirrors and other optical components, film and film strips, scanner glass and framing glass, monitors and displays, acrylic and plastic surfaces, electronic assemblies and circuit boards, jewellery, glass, instruments and technical equipment. The grounding cable version starts at 100 mm in this series: besides the SW-101 there is the SW-141 at 140 mm and the SW-281 at 280 mm.

Care and cleaning

Wash a soiled brush with a mild shampoo. Comb the fibers afterwards and let the brush dry overnight, lying flat on a level surface. Washing does not affect the anti-static properties. Maximum operating temperature is 65 °C and the brush must not be used above that.
