Anti-static hand brush 140 mm for large surfaces - Kinetronics SW-140

Large panels such as framing glass, monitors and acrylic sheets take many passes with a narrow brush, and every extra pass is another chance for dust to settle back. The Kinetronics StaticWisk SW-140 brings 140 mm of working width to the job, 40 percent more than the 100 mm version of the series. Fibers and handle are conductive and take the charge with them, so the panel stays electrically neutral once the brush has gone over it.

Applications

Within the series the 140 mm size belongs to the wide models made for area work. Typical objects are framing glass and scanner glass, monitors and displays, acrylic and plastic sheets, glass, larger optical components, instruments and technical equipment. Electronic assemblies and circuit boards, film and film strips, jewellery and lenses are part of the series' field of use as well. Where charging is extreme and constantly recurring, the same width is available as the SW-141 with grounding cable.

Care and cleaning

Wash a soiled brush with a mild shampoo. Comb the fibers afterwards and let the brush dry overnight, lying flat on a level surface. Washing does not affect the anti-static properties. Maximum operating temperature is 65 °C and the brush must not be used above that.
