Push-in fittings
The Festo push-in fittings QS, standard series is the most comprehensive Festo push-in fitting series with 622 articles. It covers thread connections from G 1/8 to G 1/2 and tube outside diameters from 4 to 16 mm, encompassing all common shapes: straight fittings, L-elbows, T-pieces, Y-distributors, bulkhead fittings, and tube-to-tube double connectors without threaded port. Variants with the suffix -I (inner lock) prevent accidental tube withdrawal by means of a second clamping stage.

Typical applications: General machine building and automation with polyurethane and nylon tubing, pneumatic cylinder connections in assembly automation, pneumatic gripping and handling systems, control valve port connections in pneumatic control cabinets, and maintenance and repair work benefiting from fast tool-free disassembly. The -I variants are used in vibration-intensive environments such as air motors or impact tools.
