Push-in fittings QSM, mini series
Festo QSM push-in fittings are the mini series within the QS family, engineered for tight installation spaces where standard-size fittings will not fit. Thread connections include metric M3 and M5 as well as cylindrical G1/8, alongside threadless inline connectors for tube outside diameters of 3, 4 and 6 mm. The -I suffix variants are designed for inverse mounting, simplifying installation in valve manifolds and distribution plates.
The range covers straight fittings, elbow fittings, reducing connectors and blanking plugs. All QSM types use the tool-free push-in principle: insert the tube, the collet locks automatically, and the release ring unlocks it when pressed.

Typical applications
Typical applications: Valve islands and manifolds with M3 or M5 ports, miniature pneumatic cylinders and gripper modules, sensor connections in handling systems, and any installation requiring mounting depth under 20 mm.
