Push-in fittings
Festo check push-in fittings QSK and non-return push-in fittings QSR combine the tool-free assembly of push-in fittings with an integrated valve function. QSK shuts off flow as soon as the tube is withdrawn: the supply side remains pressurised while the consumer side is vented. The range of 94 articles covers thread sizes G 1/8 to G 1/2 and G thread sizes G 1/8 to G 3/8, with tube outside diameters from 4 to 12 mm. Tube-to-tube connectors without thread (QSK-4 to QSK-12) join two tubes with shut-off on disconnection.

Typical applications: Quick-change systems for pneumatic tools and grippers where system pressure must not drop during tool changes, modular production lines with frequently changed attachments, compressed air distribution in robot arms with shut-off for maintenance, test rigs with multiple positions loaded in sequence, and laboratory set-ups with changing measurement configurations on a constant compressed air supply.
