Pneumatic cutting and preforming machine SUPERCUT/TS1 for loose radial components without die - Iteco 7915171

Anyone preparing loose radial components for board assembly can crop and preform the leads with the SUPERCUT/TS1 in one operation. Components are fed manually from the top and a press on the foot pedal drives the two external dies together pneumatically, delivering 2000 cut and preformed parts per hour with a repeatable lead geometry.

Scope of delivery and compatibility

The machine ships without a die. The matching die assembly is ordered separately according to the required lead form and carries a number from the 18x.xxx range. Dies from the 16x.xxx range belong to the sister machine SUPERCUT/RS4 (Iteco 7915.166) and do not fit the TS1.
