Superform/A-LC cutting and bending machine with reduced cutting length - Iteco 7915200F

Small resistors and diodes need tight pitches and a bend close to the component body, otherwise the formed lead does not match the hole pattern. This version of the Superform/A-LC works with a reduced cutting length and forms leads from 0.4 to 0.8 millimetres diameter.

Working features

• Pitch from 5 mm - the smallest adjustable value of the continuously adjustable A-LC versions, the standard machine starts at 6.5 mm.
• Bend distance C 0.8 to 10 mm - the bend sits closer to the body than on the standard version with 1.2 mm.
• Lead diameter 0.4 to 0.8 mm - limited to thin leads, heavy components are handled by version 7915.200D.
• Dimension B 4 to 13 mm - the component body may be as large as on the standard version, only the forming dimensions are shorter.
• Independently adjustable tracking wheels - quick adaptation to changing component shapes without tool changes.
• Manual operation only - not motorisable according to the 2026 catalogue, the BR6 reel holder 7915.185 can be fitted.

Applications

Densely populated boards with a tight hole pattern, small signal resistors and diodes with thin leads, and assemblies where the bend has to sit close to the component body.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as the manual machine in the reduced cutting version. For the full pitch range and leads up to 1.3 mm the standard version 7915.200A is available. With a motor drive the equivalent is the Superform/A 7915.100F. Made in Italy.
