Cutting a 240 mm² copper cable by hand takes a lot of force without leverage. The 95 31 250 cable cutter works with a three-stage ratchet drive and cuts copper and aluminium cables up to a diameter of 32 mm in one-hand and two-hand operation, at only 250 mm length and 676 g.

Areas of use

Standards and conformity

The tool is intended for cables with single and multi-wire conductors of conductor classes 1 and 2 according to DIN EN 60228, VDE 0295 and IEC 60228. According to the manufacturer it contains no substances of very high concern under REACH. The RoHS directive does not apply.
