Bag prefilter F7, set of 10, for series 1200 - ULT 02.0.613

The F7 bag filter is the upstream stage in filter build TH of the ASD 1200 MD.18 TH. Together with the following Z-Line filter F7 it retains the bulk of the particles before they reach the H13 particle filter cassette. Supplied as a set of 10 pieces.

Applications

Prefiltration in the ASD 1200 MD.18 TH for dust and fume from grinding, engraving, polishing, filling and dosing operations and restoration work. Changing the prefilter elements regularly at short intervals prevents early clogging of the H13 main filter.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The set of 10 is assigned in the ULT replacement filter list to filter build TH of the ASD 1200 MD.18 TH (4-00182). The identical single filter 4-00181 is also used in filter build THA16 of the LAS 1200 MD.18 THA16, where the very large volume allows sticky laser fume to condense and agglomerate without blocking the filter. Scope of delivery: 1 set of 10 F7 bag filters. Consumable, the loaded filter is not recyclable.
