Additional chrome plated steel grid shelf for Sahara and Sahara DRY 250 l - Iteco 8107158

The Sahara 250 l gains its volume mainly through height, the chamber measuring 797 mm. Two shelves are fitted at the factory, while the guide pattern allows 14 levels. Twelve additional shelves therefore turn the oven from a unit for a few bulky batches into a cabinet for many flat layers.

Operating features

• Load rating of 7 kg per level - the figure applies to all shelves of the range and limits the load per level, not the total batch.
• Up to 14 levels in the 250 l oven - 2 shelves are fitted at the factory, so up to 12 more can be added.
• Free choice of height - the shelf slides into the guides of the 593 x 522 x 797 mm chamber and can be matched to the height of the goods.
• Chrome plated steel grid - the open grid lets the forced air pass through the load, which keeps the temperature even across all levels.

Applications

Series baking of printed boards in production, drying many separated lots at once and moisture removal below 5 % RH in the Sahara DRY 250 l before assembly.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The shelf fits only the 250 l size of the Sahara range, listed in the 2026 catalogue under oven number 8107.111 and the Sahara DRY 8107.112 version with humidity control. Iteco uses separate part numbers for the other sizes because the footprint of the chamber differs from model to model. Supplied as one shelf. Further options for the ovens are the PidManager software with special USB cable (8107.215), the door with a 200 x 200 mm inspection window (8107.117) and the lateral cable port of 50 mm diameter (8107.121). Made in Italy.
