Additional chrome plated steel grid shelf for Sahara 400 l baking oven - Iteco 8107160

The Sahara 400 l stands on wheels and, with a 693 x 607 x 980 mm chamber, is the floor standing model of the range. It is supplied with two shelves, while its guide pattern allows 18 levels. Sixteen additional shelves of this type use that capacity without stacking goods on top of each other and blocking the forced air flow.

Operating features

• Load rating of 7 kg per level - the figure applies to all shelves of the range and limits the load per level, not the total batch.
• Up to 18 levels in the 400 l oven - 2 shelves are fitted at the factory, so up to 16 more can be added.
• Free choice of height - the shelf slides into the guides of the 693 x 607 x 980 mm chamber and can be matched to the height of the goods.
• Chrome plated steel grid - the open grid lets the forced air pass through the load, which keeps the temperature even across all levels.

Baking large board series to IPC-1602, reconditioning complete tray layers and drying assemblies that need moisture removal before repair or potting.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The shelf fits only the 400 l size of the Sahara range, listed in the 2026 catalogue under oven number 8107.113. Iteco uses separate part numbers for the other sizes because the footprint of the chamber differs from model to model. Supplied as one shelf. Further options for the ovens are the PidManager software with special USB cable (8107.215), the door with a 200 x 200 mm inspection window (8107.117) and the lateral cable port of 50 mm diameter (8107.121).
