Forced ventilation baking oven Sahara 40 litre, 40-280 °C, 800 W, 1 shelf - Iteco 8107103

A repair bench or a lab that has to dry a handful of boards before soldering does not need a floor standing oven. The Sahara 40 offers a 40 litre chamber on a 686 x 515 mm footprint and draws 800 W from an ordinary 230 V socket.

Benefits in daily use

• Chamber of 348 x 312 x 367 mm takes assemblies up to 348 x 312 mm lying flat on the shelf.
• 800 W on 230 V is the lowest connected load in the range, so no dedicated circuit is needed.
• One chrome plated grid shelf is supplied and 7 shelf levels can be used in total.
• Range +40 to +280 °C with ± 1.5 °C control accuracy covers the IPC-1602 window of 105 to 125 °C.
• The countdown from 1 minute to 999 hours 59 minutes ends the bake after the required 4 to 6 hours and limits oxidation.
• At 35 kg and 686 x 515 x 575 mm the oven fits on a standard workbench.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied with the oven itself, 1 chrome plated grid shelf, the PidLogger PID controller with datalogger and multifunction timer and the USB port for the PC link. Shelf height is free, 7 levels can be used in total. Matching accessories: extra shelf Iteco 8107.150, USB cable with PID Manager software Iteco 8107.215, door with tempered inspection window 200 x 200 mm Iteco 8107.117 and lateral cable entry 50 mm Iteco 8107.121.

Standards and origin

The temperature range and the programmable timer meet IPC-1602 for baking printed circuit boards and the 125 °C procedure of IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033. The oven is built in Italy.
