The Sahara 120 is the largest size that still does without castors. Its internal size of 498 x 477 x 512 mm gives 105 mm more depth than the Sahara 80, so wide production panels and long assemblies rest flat on the shelf.

• 120 litre chamber at 498 x 477 x 512 mm, the 477 mm depth accepts wide panels without overhang.
• 1600 W of heating power, a third more than the 80 litre models, for a shorter heat-up of a bigger chamber.
• Nine shelf levels, two chrome plated grid shelves are supplied.
• The PID controller holds the setpoint to ± 1.5 °C and logs the whole run in the internal datalogger.
• The buffered clock in the controller keeps date and time for over a week without mains, so a power cut during countdown or program mode stays traceable.
• External dimensions 836 x 680 x 720 mm at a weight of 50 kg.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied with the oven itself, 2 chrome plated grid shelves, the PidLogger PID controller with datalogger and multifunction timer and the USB port for the PC link. Shelf height is free, 9 levels can be used in total. Matching accessories: extra shelf Iteco 8107.156, USB cable with PID Manager software Iteco 8107.215, door with tempered inspection window 200 x 200 mm Iteco 8107.117 and lateral cable entry 50 mm Iteco 8107.121.

Standards and origin

The temperature range and the programmable timer meet IPC-1602 for baking printed circuit boards and the 125 °C procedure of IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033. The oven is built in Italy.
