Forced ventilation baking oven Sahara DRY 250 litre with humidity control, 40-280 °C - Iteco 8107112

Once a whole week of moisture sensitive stock has to be reset instead of a few parts, a bench unit is no longer enough. The Sahara DRY 250 combines a 250 litre chamber and 14 shelf levels with humidity control below 5 percent RH between 40 and 100 °C.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied with the oven itself, 2 chrome plated grid shelves, the PidLogger PID controller with datalogger and multifunction timer and the USB port for the PC link. Shelf height is free, 14 levels can be used in total. Matching accessories: extra shelf Iteco 8107.158, USB cable with PID Manager software Iteco 8107.215, door with tempered inspection window 200 x 200 mm Iteco 8107.117 and lateral cable entry 50 mm Iteco 8107.121. Dehumidification works by blowing in dry air, and the tighter chamber holds the level reached without continuous injection.

Standards and origin

Temperature and humidity control follow IPC-1602 for baking printed circuit boards and IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 for baking moisture sensitive SMD components at 40 °C and 90 °C. The oven is built in Italy.
