Compact slides with ball bearing guide of the ELS series by EMC integrate a pneumatic compact cylinder and a ball-guided linear unit in a single housing. The ball guide absorbs lateral forces and moments that an unguided cylinder cannot take, enabling precise linear travel even under eccentric or side loading. The range covers bore diameters from 12 to 63 mm with strokes from 10 to 50 mm and multiple end-position damping options.
Each size is available in up to seven end-stop variants: standard (no suffix), fixed stop on both sides (A), extend side (AS) or retract side (AT), and shock absorber on both sides (B), extend side (BS) or retract side (BT). Repair kits (REP) complete the programme.
