Vacuum ejectors
Cylinder
Vacuum ejectors generate vacuum from compressed air using the Venturi principle, with no moving parts and no electrical supply required. The range covers vacuum filters in threaded connections from G 1/8" to G 3", inline vacuum filters (FIQS) with push-in fittings for 4 and 10 mm tubing, free-flow silencers (FFSD) for ejector exhaust air, and replacement filter elements for all filter sizes. This provides all components needed for a complete vacuum pick-up station.
Vacuum filters protect the ejector and downstream valves from particulates drawn in with the workpiece. Free-flow silencers fitted to the exhaust port reduce flow noise without creating back pressure that would degrade ejector performance.
| Product | Connection | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Vacuum filter F..VU | G 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 3" | Replacement element (..E) available separately |
| Inline vacuum filter FIQS | Push-in 4 mm, 10 mm | Compact in-line installation |
| Free-flow silencer FFSD | G 1/8" to G 1-1/2" | For ejector exhaust, minimal back pressure |
For filter sizing: threaded vacuum filters F..VU are selected to match the ejector pipe connection; for small decentralised ejectors with push-in ports, the FIQS inline filters for 4 or 10 mm tubing are used. Silencers are matched to the ejector exhaust port size. Replacement filter elements (..E) allow maintenance without replacing the complete filter body, reducing operating costs.
Typical applications: Vacuum grippers and suction cup handling in placement and packaging machines, workpiece clamping on vacuum chuck plates, conveying bulk material and flat parts, as well as laboratories and test benches with compressed-air-driven vacuum sources.
