Preforming and cutting die assembly stand-off / lock-in for LEDs, Supercut/RS4 - Iteco 160700

LEDs on one assembly have to stand at exactly the same height, otherwise the front panel will not fit. This Supercut/RS4 die assembly is matched to the LED body with its collar: it places the standoff kink above the board so that a constant mounting height results, and bends the leads outwards below the board to lock the part.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The die assembly fits the Iteco Supercut/RS4 (machine number 7915.166). Delivery comprises one complete die assembly as a single piece. The machine itself ships without a die and has to be ordered separately. The same lead shape is available for the stronger Supercut/TS1 (7915.171) under number 180700.
