Preforming and cutting die assembly stand-off outward form for Supercut/RS4 - Iteco 160800

When the hole pattern of the board is wider than the lead pitch of the component, the lead shape has to widen the spacing. This Supercut/RS4 die bends the loop outwards: the pitch grows, the body rests on the loop and stays clear of the board. Below the board the leads remain straight.

Leaded capacitors and resistors whose pitch is smaller than the hole pattern of the board, and assemblies with a specified clearance between body and board.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The die assembly fits the Iteco Supercut/RS4 (machine number 7915.166). Delivery comprises one complete die assembly as a single piece. The machine itself ships without a die and has to be ordered separately. The same lead shape is available for the stronger Supercut/TS1 (7915.171) under number 180800.
