Valves VUVG, for individual connection
The Festo VUVG valves for individual connection are compact solenoid valves with direct pipe connection, used without a valve terminal. The 243-article range covers body sizes L10, L14, B10, B14 and S10 (width in mm) with M5, M7 and G1/8 ports. Functions range from 5/3-way types (P53C, P53E, P53U) through bistable 5/2-way (B52) to 3/2-way variants (M52-R). All types feature the PI suffix and 1P3 plug connection.
The individual-connection variant uses conventional pipe ports on the valve body and suits decentralised mounting directly on the actuator, without a manifold base plate.

Typical applications
Typical applications: Decentralised valve mounting on cylinders or grippers in handling and assembly automation, 5/3-way control of differential cylinders in presses and clamping fixtures (depressurised mid-position provides a safe hold function), and vacuum applications using the 3/2-way variant.
