Accessories for valves
Festo drive attachments add mechanical or manual actuation to pneumatic directional control valves. The range covers roller levers (AR, AL), short pivot levers (ASK), spring-rod actuators (AF), push-button actuators (AT), toggle switches (H-22-SW, H-30-SW) and manual override attachments (AHB, HAB). The attachments clip or screw directly onto the valve body and allow switching without an electrical signal.
88 articles cover all major Festo valve series. Versions for G 1/8, G 1/4 and G 1/2 as well as M5 are stocked. Two-hand compatible variants are available for safety applications.

Drive attachments are series-specific. Before ordering, check the valve size (M5, 01, 05, 06) and valve series. Attachments without a suffix fit standard valves of the corresponding nominal size; -B variants are designed for newer series with modified port dimensions. Toggle levers (AH-06-B) and pivot levers (ASS-02) require a minimum actuation force corresponding to the valve spring preload. Magnetic plates (CPM) allow stacking of directional valves without mechanical linkage.
Typical applications: Commissioning and fault diagnosis on pneumatic systems (override function), emergency stop bypass during maintenance, mechanically controlled sequences without PLC signals (cam control, limit valves), two-hand safety controls, and manual isolation and changeover functions on test rigs.
