Lock Cupla 200
Quick couplings
The Nitto Kohki Lock Cupla 200 is a quick-release coupling in steel with NBR seals, secured with an additional locking ring against unintentional disconnection. The range covers socket types only (L200-xS) in nominal sizes 20, 30, and 40, with connection options G external thread (H), metric (M), and G internal thread (F). The lock mechanism prevents vibration or accidental contact from releasing the connection without a deliberate two-step unlocking action.

Operating principle
- Push-to-connect operation. Added easy lock design for safety!
- Separation prevention mechanism prevents accidental disconnection after connection. Good for connections between hoses.
- Simple one push of plug and socket to each other for connection. Easy handling improves job efficiency.
- Ball bearing swivel mechanism prevents hose twists and relieves load on holding hands (SNRG type).
- To mount on hose, simply slide it over the nipple and tighten the nut (SNRG type).
- Hose guard nut to prevent hose from kinking as a standard feature (SNRG type).
- Low pressure loss valve design gives improved flow rate.

LOCK CUPLA 200 is the choice where an air line has to stay connected: it shares the working pressure of 1.5 MPa {15 kgf/cm2} and the one-way shut-off valve of HI CUPLA BL, NUT CUPLA and the ROTARY series, and what sets it apart from them is the separation prevention mechanism on the connected pair, which suits hose-to-hose joints. Where the line instead has to swivel freely or be purged, the ROTARY and PURGE LINE variants cover that, PURGE LINE CUPLA at 1.0 MPa {10 kgf/cm2}. It is rated for air with a one-way shut-off, so where fluid must not escape on disconnection the two-way shut-off COMPACT ZEROSPILL CUPLA at 1.0 MPa {10 kgf/cm2} applies instead.

Interchangeability and size groups
