HSP DC Cupla

The Nitto Kohki HSP DC Cupla is a high-performance, dustproof quick-release pneumatic coupling engineered for environments where contamination control is critical. Featuring a double-shutoff valve design with internal dust caps on both the plug and socket, the HSP DC series prevents particulate ingress during disconnection - a key requirement on SMT lines and cleanroom assembly stations. Operating pressure range is 0-1.0 MPa (0-10 kgf/cm²), with a minimum burst pressure of 4.0 MPa, and all wetted parts meet RoHS compliance standards. The compact body in corrosion-resistant materials supports line sizes from 1/4" through 3/8" BSP/NPT, keeping pressure drop below 0.05 MPa at rated flow.
