Operating pressures reach up to 1.5 MPa (15 bar), with a rated flow coefficient (Cv) that outperforms standard one-touch couplings by up to 30 %. The double-shutoff poppet design limits fluid spill on disconnect to below 0.05 ml per cycle - critical for clean-room and precision assembly environments. All bodies conform to ISO 6150-B port geometry and are available in stainless steel (SUS316) or carbon steel with nickel plating.
