Nitto Kohki Mini Cupla quick-connect couplings deliver one-touch connection and disconnection without tool use, featuring internal valve mechanisms that seal automatically on separation to prevent air loss below 0.2 MPa residual pressure. The compact brass and stainless steel bodies handle operating pressures up to 1.0 MPa, with flow coefficients (Cv) ranging from 0.10 to 0.45 depending on port size, and are rated for fluid temperatures between -10 °C and +60 °C. The bayonet-free double-action sleeve design meets requirements for leak-free pneumatic circuits per ISO 6150 Class B.
