Quick couplings
The Nitto Kohki Compact Zero Spill Cupla is a compact stainless steel (SUS) quick coupling with EPDM seals and leak-free disconnection technology. The range covers four items in nominal sizes 1 and 2 as plug (PM) and socket (SM): CZL-1PM, CZL-2PM, CZL-1SM and CZL-2SM. The Zero Spill function prevents any fluid escape during disconnection or connection - no drips, no spray. EPDM seals are particularly suited to water, hot water, steam and polar media.

Choose COMPACT ZEROSPILL CUPLA when air inclusion on connection and liquid spillage on disconnection have to be limited: it is two-way shut-off with spill reduction, while the sibling series in this group - HI CUPLA BL, NUT CUPLA, LOCK CUPLA 200, PURGE LINE CUPLA and ROTARY LINE CUPLA - are one-way shut-off. Its socket outer diameter of 16 mm (CZL-1SM) or 18.5 mm (CZL-2SM) in sizes 1/8 inch and 1/4 inch suits coolant piping in tight space. If the line runs up to 1.5 MPa {15 kgf/cm2}, one of the one-way shut-off peers is the better choice, because this series is rated 1.0 MPa {10 kgf/cm2}.
