TO92 die assembly stand-off and lock-in with three leads in line for SUPERCUT/TS1 - Iteco 182800

Not every board layout uses a triangle for the TO92, many have the three holes on a single line. This die therefore deliberately skips the spreading step and instead forms a stand-off kink with lock-in in all three in-line leads. The part sits at a defined distance above the board and is clamped in the holes at the same time.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The die assembly fits only the pneumatic SUPERCUT/TS1 with Iteco number 7915.171, which is delivered without a die. On the sister machine SUPERCUT/RS4 (Iteco 7915.166) the same lead form carries the number 162800. The complete die assembly is supplied per piece and is exchanged without modifying the machine.
