Small axial components with thin leads do not tolerate a tall curl, the form would turn out untidy. The Iteco 420800 die assembly therefore works with a curl height of 2.5 mm and covers lead diameters from 0.5 to 0.8 mm, the finest lead range of the Superform/AF.

Applications
Preparation of small metal film and carbon film resistors as well as signal diodes that need a close but defined distance from the board.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
The die assembly belongs to the Superform/AF cutting, bending and preforming machine. Machine accessories are the motor unit Iteco 7915.032 at 230 V or Iteco 7915.033 at 115 V, the BR6 tape reel holder Iteco 7915.185 and the CS40 feeder Iteco 7915.184 for loose components. Supplied as a set of two preforming groups, the machine itself is not included.
