Preforming and cutting die assembly stand-off for 4-lead diode bridges, Supercut/RS4 - Iteco 161100

Diode bridges carry four leads in a package with a chamfered corner as polarity marker. Straightening them evenly by hand is barely possible. This Supercut/RS4 die forms all four leads at once with a standoff loop, so the package stands at a defined distance from the board and the polarity marker stays visible.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The die assembly fits the Iteco Supercut/RS4 (machine number 7915.166). Delivery comprises one complete die assembly as a single piece. The machine itself ships without a die and has to be ordered separately. The same lead shape is available for the stronger Supercut/TS1 (7915.171) under number 181100.
