Stand-off preforming die assembly for Superform/AF, lead 1 to 1.3 mm - Iteco 430700

Axial components resting flat on the board are hard to clean underneath and give off heat less easily. This preforming die assembly for the Superform/AF forms a 4 mm offset into both leads, so the body sits at a defined distance above the board. The assembly is designed for heavy leads of 1 to 1.3 mm.

The die assembly belongs to the Superform/AF accessory range (Iteco 7915095, 7915096, 7915097) and is exchanged against another assembly in the machine. The machine itself is supplied without a die. For thinner leads the catalogue lists the assemblies Iteco 420800 and 420750, and for the same lead range with reduced pitch the assembly Iteco 430900.
