Stand-off reduced pitch preforming die assembly for Superform/AF, lead 1 to 1.3 mm - Iteco 430900

On densely populated boards the smallest achievable pitch decides whether an axial component still fits. This die assembly forms the leads with a lateral offset E of 1.27 mm, which brings the smallest pitch down to 10.5 mm compared with 13 mm for the stand-off assembly Iteco 430700. It handles lead diameters of 1 to 1.3 mm.

The assembly is part of the Superform/AF tooling range (Iteco 7915095, 7915096, 7915097), and the machine is supplied without a die. For the same lead range without reduced pitch the assembly Iteco 430700 is available, for thinner leads the assembly Iteco 420900. Dimensions are taken from the die table of the Iteco catalogue 2026.
